How to use

Two to three times a day, in three simple steps.

    Apply

    Put a pea-sized amount on the area of skin you want to treat. For the neck or a knee, that is usually enough.

  2. 2

    Massage in

    Massage in with gentle circular pressure until the gel is fully absorbed.

  3. 3

    Feel the warmth

    After a few minutes the warming sensation begins. Wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.

For external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin, test on a small area first.
